3. No Guarantee of Results

Client acknowledges and agrees that:

– Search engine rankings cannot be guaranteed.

– Traffic increases cannot be guaranteed.

– Lead generation results may vary.

– Search engine algorithms are outside Company control.

– Competitor actions may affect rankings.

4. Payments

All invoices must be paid in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

All fees are final upon payment.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services:

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL.

The Company maintains a strict NO REFUND POLICY.

No refunds shall be provided for:

– SEO services

– Link building

– Content creation

– Outreach campaigns

– Consulting sessions

– Strategy development

– Audits

– Monthly retainers

– Any partially completed work

– Any completed work

6. Chargeback Policy

Client agrees not to initiate any chargeback, payment reversal, dispute, or unauthorized transaction reversal without first contacting the Company in writing and allowing a minimum of 14 business days for dispute resolution.

Initiating a chargeback for delivered, partially delivered, or in-progress services constitutes:

– Breach of contract

– Fraudulent payment dispute (where applicable)

– Violation of these Terms

The Agency reserves the right to:

– Submit evidence of service delivery to payment processors

– Recover all losses, fees, and legal expenses

– Suspend all ongoing work immediately

7. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide accurate information, timely responses, and cooperation.

Delays caused by the Client do not entitle the Client to refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

All strategies, reports, audits, frameworks, and deliverables remain Company property until full payment is received.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giga Marketing shall not be liable for ranking losses, traffic drops, revenue loss, indirect damages, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

The Company may terminate services at any time for non-payment, abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Termination does not create any obligation for refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.
