4. Client Acknowledgment

By making payment, the Client confirms understanding that digital services require immediate allocation of time, labor, and resources, which makes them non-refundable.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting GIGA MARKETING LLC and allowing at least 14 business days for resolution.

Unauthorized chargebacks for delivered or in-progress services may be treated as:

– Breach of contract

– Fraudulent payment dispute

– Violation of our Terms & Conditions

The Company reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and submit evidence of service delivery to payment processors.

6. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel future recurring services by providing written notice. Cancellation does not entitle the Client to a refund for any previous payments or current billing period.
